Annoo-dat Blue
The Annoo-dat Blue species (a name not actually given to the species in Droids) are reptilian aliens with blue-green skin, three nostrils, and skin patches/scales on their faces that turn red when angry. Very long lived, gang leader Sise Fromm was said to be 900 years old.
The Fromm Gang, made up entirely of Annoo-dat Blue and their droids, was one of the most powerful gangs in the galaxy during the Droids/Dark Times era. The Fromm's hoped that their superweapon the Trigon One would make them the most dominant crime empire in the galaxy, even surpassing that of Jabba the Hutt.
Annoo-dat Blue were the first prominent new alien species introduced in Droids, with the Fromm Gang serving as the villains for the first four episodes. The Annoo-dat Blue also appeared in one issue of the Marvel/Star Droids comic series, and three Kenner action figures saw production: Tig Fromm, Sise Fromm and Vlix (Brazil only). Since those days, the Annoo-dat Blue have almost completely been ignored by all of the more recent Star Wars media, with the exception of a wonderful piece of official Star Wars art by Jeff Carlisle (click on his name to see!).
I would pull for any of the underused aliens of Droids and Ewoks to be given a little more attention, but to me, the Annoo-dat Blue are especially worthy of attention.
