BL-17

BL-17 met C-3PO and his friends on the planet Boonta soon after they crash landed near Proto-1's scrap yard. With their speeder needing quick repairs before the Boonta speeder race, BL-17 offered the use of a building owned by his master. The speeder racers took BL-17 up on his offer and began repairs. C-3PO and BL-17 would often insult R2-D2, with 3PO making it evident that he had found a new best friend. After being discovered by his old nemesis Proto-1, BL-17 was revealed to be a traitor and the property of Boba Fett, a bounty hunter who had been hired by the Fromm Gang to capture or kill the speeder racers. As BL-17 was about to blast C-3PO he was attacked by Proto-1 and R2-D2, resulting in his being destroyed when a stack of heavy crates came crashing down on him.
