Princess Leia Organa
Rebel Alliance leader Princess Leia Organa was captured by Darth Vader and brought aboard The Death Star, but not before she was able to hide a message inside R2-D2, pleading for Jedi Obi-Wan Kenobi's help. Before Leia was to be executed by order of Grand Moff Tarkin, Luke Skywalker, Han Solo and Chewbacca who had traveled with Kenobi in search of the Princess, rescued her from her cell and brought her safely to the Rebel base on the planet Yavin.
